Our Bed & Breakfast is located approximately 5 km from the historic centre of Perugia, in a strategic position to reach all the art cities of Umbria within an hour, including Assisi, Spello, Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto and Gubbio. Situated in a peaceful area, our structure is ideal for couples and families looking for relaxation. Breakfasts, served under a porch with a large window, offer a view of the green hills. The guest apartment, with an independent entrance, is located on the ground floor and is spacious and comfortable, equipped with every comfort to ensure a pleasant stay. It consists of a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with a ventilated oven and a fridge-freezer, a triple/quadruple room with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Ironing board and iron, hairdryer, and complete linens for the bathroom and bedroom are also available. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and there is also a pellet stove in the living room and air conditioning in every room. Our facility is accessible to people with disabilities (the toilets are not specific). The double room with a double bed has a bathroom and a private entrance. There is a wardrobe/kitchenette where you can prepare tea and coffee and a fridge-freezer. Hairdryers and complete linens for the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen are also available. It is possible to request a baby cot for your children at the time of booking (with an extra cost). Outside, there is a porch and a large garden equipped with a barbecue, a play area for children, ping pong, and table football.
